My laptop turned off

Hello,
i have a toshiba satellite 2400-S251 and i was online and my laptop just shut off and it wont turn on. i plug in the power supply and it charges but it wont turn on any advise on what to do?

hi
try this: remove charger, remove battery, press and hold power button about 30 sec. plug battery back, plug charger and press power button

hope this help you, if it isn't some hardware demage... :)
