Can't connect to the internet

Hello,
i m using vista os and when i connect to the wi fi from my lap. it connects to the network bt can't connect to the internet. pls suggest me any suggestions to solve this problem.

hi there,

have you reset the ip?

press start+r

type cmd

then ipconfig/relese & ipconfig /renew

also check the connection cable to the router
