I have problem with automatic shut off.. After one day of using my compaq presario laptop, it shuts down. then the following day, when i used it, it works but only for an hour or less than, at different duration everytime i starts to turn it on. I found out that its fan is not working. I still dont knwo how to open the laptop cover to take off the fan and clean it up. Is it possible that its only due to dust? can it be recovered? or can it destroy the fan that the fan must be replaced? Do you have any idea how much is the fan and its replacement? PLease help me.. I am really worried..
