My account has been closed and I can't re-ope

Hello,
Hotmail has closed my account for 'violating' their terms of use but I have no idea what I did. I have read their instructions that are shown when i try to login but they lead me nowhere and I have reported the closing of my account to the 'abuse team' but they have not replied.
It says “Your account has been closed because it seems to have violated our Terms of Use. To re-open your account, please do the following” that’s it I have received my Support Ticket Number: 1116980304
What should I do with this.
Please reply me quick and open my accunt, I have had this from last 5 years and I don’t want to lose it.
