Imagehlp.dll is possible corrupt.

Hello,
i started up my computer today and windows started loading and a blue screen came up with this message:

STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}
The image imagehlp.dll is possible corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.


How do i fix this problem? I need step by step instructions PLEASE. I have alot of files i really cant afford to lose.
