Computer won't connect to the internet

Hello,

My toshiba lap top wont connect to the internet. it has been connected for months but today it wont connect. when i click on network connections, nothing shows up. nothing has been moved or changed on it to make it stop workin! i was surfin the web last night and it just stopped in the middle of the loading a page. i've rebooted several times, and still nothing. Please help!

Perhaps there is an offending setting on the router. Check out the 'filters' section of the router's setup, because the specified ip and/or mac addressed listed here can be denied internet access, depending ontthe router and it's settings. You should try pinging the DNS servers from the laptop, but use the DNS numbers from one of the working computers.
