Loading pages Closed

Question

Hello,
I have a window xp computer. For the past few month it work great then a few week ago something strange happen. when i open Firefox it seem it has trouble loading pages. for example when i go to Youtube it says page error. when i refresh it the page it then said you need to get the latest flash player. After 50 refresh click it finally loads the page with video. This happen to every website i go to. So i decide to download Google chrome and IE 8 same problem occurs. it took 5 hours to watch 30 min show on Youtube because of the loading difficulties Please help me  Thank You

delete the cookies and clear the cache of both browsers

and you can also use ccleaner to do it
