Hello,

i just bought my ipod.

when i connect it in the computer it wont charge!

my ipod only turn on if it is only connected to the computer. and when i disconnect it in the computer it wont turn on. plss. help me.

Dear Sir,

Please consider sending to the store if there is any

warranty on it. Otherwise have the iPod restored

through the below instructions:

you must replace the battery

get it done by a qualified technician
