Hard drive problem

Hello, yesterday I set the wireless lan card. then i cant find my secondary hard drive in windows.

i remove the wireless lan card and i found a hard drive, but that has a problem.

Hard drive can write and delete, but can't do rename the folder.

please help me and apologize my bad english.

i think my hard drive may trouble with too little electric power, how can i solve this problem??
