in this case i will recommend you to make
a system restore to few days it was working fine
or you do not have administrator privilege to do ip reset

1) Go to Start and click Run.
2) Run window will appear. Type in cmd and click OK.
3) Command prompt window will appear. Type ipconfig. You will see the IP and other network info.
