Hello,
i'm amrita.my apple ipod is 1 month old...and it's showing error..i've restored it to factory setting..but it's showing me the error message:
"An iPod has been detected but it could not be identified properly.Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod and try again.An unknown error occurred[2005] ".
Can you please help me with the settings..

Dear Tuku,

I will advise you to have it switched off and get it to the

recovery mode. Hold the home button which connecting the

usb cable to the PC. This will allow the iPod to be recognised.
