Ipod shuffle 2nd generation not working Closed

Hello,
I am trying to use my ipod shuffle after a while of no use and it is not working at all!!! I have tried to charge it on the USB and AC adapter and there are no lights or signs of life. Nothing comes up at all when I put it in the computer as well. What can I do??? Please help!!!! Thanks
