Ctrl not working

Hello,
I have got HP pavillion tx1218AU. My Laptops control keys are not working too. I have tried all possible solutions given above. None of them worked. Will formatiing my PC help?? Any kind of suggestions wouls be highlt appreciated. Thanks

Dear Sir,

Please remove the keys and clean all the dust found there. If

still the keys aren't working, please check the sticky keys settings.
