ipod Closed

Question

Hello,
my iPod nano 4GB silver won't turn on any more and my laptop and itunes won't recognize it. also my serial no. which is 6U734UC3YOP is not correct when i try to send a message to help and support sevice centre. i bought it from Australia and i am in Iran now and i can't go to an apple store. i would be very grateful if you can help me.

Dear Lida, 

Please have the iPod restored by the following means:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252

and then have the possibility to manage the iPod without 

the use of iTunes by these instructions:
