laptop wont go past the "loading" page Closed

Hello, my laptop starts, says that windows did not successfully load and to choose how to restart it (normally or last known configuration that worked, etc) i've tried everyone of them but it wont go past the screen where its loading. how do i fix it?

Dear Sir,

This could be a problem coming from the virtual and RAM 

memory. Please have them upgraded. Get through the
