Hello!
I'm Nedyville, my ipod doesn't go on to play the music or videos. It just gives me a massage of www.ipod.com/support/ipod. But, doesn't even charge.

Dear Neddyville,

Please try checking if the charger is the faulty device.

Also have the ipod reset following the below instructions
