Acer logging on and logging off

Hello,
I turn on my Acer Aspire notebook and when I click my account it saves data then logs me off again. I have spent over 4 hours looking for an answer and things like alt + f10, F8 safe mode, administrator log in does the same ands logs off. Please someone help
This notebook doesnt have a cd rom or an xp disk so i cant reinstall windows
