Problem about sony walkman

Hello,
i just had reformat my laptop..when i plug in my sony walkmn nwz-e443..its like my laptop does not recognize it...i just install content transfer 1.3 but it still says please connect device...help me..

Hi there,

ave you installed chipset driver for the laptop and the driver for the sony Walkman?please provide more information.
