Hi there,
After formatting a computer/laptop the procedure is the same,that is to install driver for the hardwares to be functional on the system. Use your driver cd and install lan driver as well as sound,chipset and others.

At this point you will need to download the hardware drivers using a different PC. Copy them to a CD and use the CD to install them into the broken PC.
