Which key on keyboard acts like old Fn key?

Hello,
My new Sony TV manual instructs me to press the Function key to set the PC output signal for using the TV as the monitor. But all my keyboards, which are newer, do not have the Fn key anymore. Sony help line (staffed out of the country) does not know how to answer the question. Thank you

What is the type of computer in use?is it a laptop or desktop pc?please give more information.
