No signal

Hey, guys I've got a problem with my monitor/display and im not sure what its from. I just recently bought all new parts and hooked it all up and all the other components appear to be running fine, all fans spin, and the HDD appears to be running, there's just no display going to the monitor. Also when i start up it up there are no POST beeps.I'm completely stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the 15 pin monitor cable and the power supplying cable are well plugged. Still remove the cables and let the static eletricity to discharge and then plug it back and turn the computer on.
