all i know i am told by my daughter that the computer froze and she shut it down when she put it back on there was a clicking sound and a mesage came up saying windows could not start becaus the following file is missing or corrupt. windows\system32\config\system. when i try to reboot i get mesage drive 4 not found:serial ata, sata-4 & drive 5 not found serial ata, sata-5. % floppy disket seek failure.
