Hello,
I have recently broken my sony vaio vgn-nr38e screen. I want to connect it to my tv so that i can use it as i cant really afford a new one yet. When i plug it into my tv using a VGA cable from my desktop computer, nothing shows up. Ive tried pressing FN and one of the f buttons as i have read in places that this works. Ive tried all of the f buttons and it just doesnt seem to work. I think it would be f7 on mine as it has a pic of a screen with the letters lcd then a slash and a picture of another screen. It is really annoying me as i have stuff that needs doing and i cant see anything on the screen. Any help much appreciated.

F7 is the correct key in this case. Too bad it doesn't work.
