Hello,
I am using Vista 64 bit, 4 GB Ram System. It hangs if i keep it idle for some time on direct power. Not sure why the same happens. It never gives any error messages or error conditions.
i bought this laptop around 6 months back

Please help

Call the Dell support phone number. They will walk you thru a round of diagnostics.
