My sound wont work i need your help !

Hello,
i have downloaded some songs and i pressed play and it doesnt seem to work i cant hear a thing i have tried the help and support centre and click on adjust sound and everything to help but you cant click on nothing please help me !

Dear Charleysophie,

If only the songs that you have downloaded doesn't work properly, please consider checking whether the files are not corrupt.Yet if there is completely no sound on your PC, please check the sound driver. If there is no sound driver, please get it installed. If ever the audio driver is installed, get it updated.
