I cant open Internet explorer Closed

Hello,
I wondering mabey you will be able to help me.I cant open internet explorer,it's shows that it's switched on, but ehen I try to open some sites it's thinking very long time and nothing not happening.

Dear Dace,

Please consider enabling the third party browser extensions in order to get the problem fixed up.Simply get to the INternet Options and get to Browsing in the Advanced tab. Then get the application restarted. If this doesn't solves the matter, please consider restoring your system.
