Software sound.

Hello,
my laptop at home (windows xp) has a message telling me that the sound software isn't installed properly. i cant get my DK Encyclopedia for Children wont play ? I have spent at least 3 1/2 hours trying to solve the problem ... which i always have when i want to install games for my daughter..
But its taken me hours and hours . i have no knowledge on computers .

Hello,

I think u must re-install ur sound card.

Plz tell the brand and the model of ur computer. Or of ur MB if it's a no-brand one.

hey i have lst the sound on my laptop and need to re install the software on it but im not sure how and i was wonder if you could help me. my laptop is a dell inpiron 1501
