Could not plaly high quality viedos

Hello,
im not able to play high qualtiy viedos of the film avatar i tried with vlc 1.03 media player 11 as well as km player btut its not playing can anyone help me out pls.............................

Please consider checking whether is no corrupted file that is preventing it to play properly.
