My account is hacked!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ppl.......any idea????....my hotmail account has been hacked by a dork,,,im sure that i didnt forget the password....i opened MSN wth my other email adrss...then this dork,,morron hacker started a convo. wth me,,,he just wont give me the pass,,,i tried my best to convince him!!! :( im really worried abt not having it back,, i really really need to access my fb account,,it's only by my hacked email adrss,,,my only way to contact wth my family is by fb,, its impossible now thnx to this hacker!!! im out of the continent my family lives in..im never returning,,,miss them!!!! :'( BOHHOOO....HELP me plz , guyz :}
