There is small pushbutton to turn the mouse off and on underneather the mouse turn it off wait a few secs then turn it on. Re sysch the mouse by pushing the button the USB stick. Make sure the mouse if next to the stick when it synchs. It worked for me

Did you sync the mouse and transmitter? This needs to be done after a battery change.
Good Luck
Good Luck
This mouse DOES NOT work with XP or windows 7. Resetting and resynchronizing also fails even after a charge. The mouse worked only on initial boot on 2 windows 7 systems and 1 xp system, all different models(Toshiba, HP, Dell). There is no customer support for drivers. A very poor use of money the buyer gets ripped off.
