Router cant recognize my password

Hello,
i cant connect a new computer to the network because the router says that my pw is not valid. I am quite sure that the passphrase is correct as I have it written down.
Now I have 3 other comps connected - 2 hardwired & 1 wireless. Can I check from 1 of those computers if my pw is correct?
Can someone help me connect to this Linksy's router model WRT54G??

Do you mean the Key for WPA incripition? You need to connect by wire from one of the PCs to your router. Follow the router manual for what URL to enter to start a session with the router. You may have set a password on the router itself. If you don't know the password you can reset it to the default by inserting a pen in the rest hole on the back of the router.
