Deleted contacts in msn

Hello,
why do I still get messages from people who i blocked and deleted from my msn? and what do i do to stop getting messages from them?

Hi there,

You might have not deleted them or blocked them,to do so follow these steps:

-Right click on the person's screen name/or email address.
-Select the Block Contact option from the drop-down menu,

Now its already blocked on your list and cannot communicate with you.
