No sound

Hello,
my sound port is not damaged.It is working properly till i am not getting sound from sound speaker.
If i connected 2 pin headphone sound comming out but when i connect one pin speakers sound,sound is
not comming out.
Please hell me.

Hi there,

If you can produce an screen shot of the mentioned one pin and two pins will be easier to understand the problem.
