System shuts down

Hello,
i'll be very greatfull if somebody helps me.....
my system shuts down after sometime i've replaced with new processor fan. even i changed the ram but still the problem presist i dont know what to do.....
the board is Gigabyte GA - 945GCMX fsb 1066

Hi there,

Add more silicon paste on processor and more fans if needed as this is occurred due to overheating.
