De-activating internet

Hello,
i hav a limited usage of internet,n my brother uses it unnecessarily.how can i disable internet from his user account.

Dear Nimix,

You could simply set a password on your account and creating a user account for other users to be able to use it. Then modify his account for limited usage. You will hence get Administrator priviledge and prevent other persons to get on using internet.
