I have a new computer. Everything works fine but when I boot the computer it goes through everything ok until it gets to the desktop. I can see the tool bar on the desktop but a blue screen is covering it saying One time setup please wait, windows will reboot several times during this process. Dont turn off computer or restart until prompted to do so. I have left it for two days to do its work but it does not finish. I can get the blue screen to go away by hitting alt f4 or cont, alt, delete and cancel then I can do anything I want as if there are no problems, but my problem is the blue screen pops up every reboot or after sleep mode. What do I do?
