Desktop background issue...

Hello,
My parents just suprised me w/a new red acer aspireone w/a windows 7 starter. This mini laptop is awesome, but there's one problem...i cannot figure out how to change the background. I've tried EVERYTHING...I'm almost about to give up, but I know there must be a way. Can you please help in any way?? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Dear Kaykay,

Please right click on the desktop and go to the Properties. In the Desktop tab, get the possibility to change the background wallpaper.
