my kingston datatraveler 200 128 gb will not open on xp or vista only on windows 7 the format of the memory stick is exFAT how can i change this so it will work on xp and vista ??

Hi there,
You can use hp disk format tool for the process,download it here or in my computer right click on the drive and select format and change its system file type:
