pay a visit to your friendly vendor website, download the drivers for your sound device.
go into device manager and uninstall the sound device.
then reinstall the drivers that you have downloaded.

Open run tying msconfig.msc>general tab>select normal startup restarting machine to have effects applied ,this will fix the issue/.
