No sound device installed

Hello,
My laptop has not sound.. I have tried everything!!!!!!!! but it keeps saying "No sound device installed", I went to device manager and tried to update it and it keeps saying that it is up to date and it looks normal, but I still have not sound. Also, when I tried clicking the sound icon in my notification area it says "The audio service is not running"
I need help please!

pay a visit to your friendly vendor website, download the drivers for your sound device.
go into device manager and uninstall the sound device.
then reinstall the drivers that you have downloaded.

Hi there,

Open run tying msconfig.msc>general tab>select normal startup restarting machine to have effects applied ,this will fix the issue/.
