You should use Flash_Disinfector (by sUBs) :
Download it here http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe
or here https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe
Save it on the desk
Launch it and follow the instructions, it will delete the infected files and put a new file to immunize your computer

To Remove autorun.inf form hard drive follow the command It's very easy
Go to 'RUN'
Type 'cmd'
see which drive having autorun.inf using command dir/a check all the drives
it sometimes hidden so use attrib command to make unhidden eg:d:\>attrib -h -f autorun.inf
and delete that file using del command; eg:-d:\>del autorun.inf
restart the system and enjoy it....
