ended windows program lost all icons & tool b Closed

Question

i ended my windows program in the task manager and now have lost all my icons and tool bar along bottom, cant access start tab or anything. does anyone know how i could fix this? it's a dell lap top with windows vista.

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 528.16

It might be that you ended the explorer.exe process. Please provide more details about it for proper help.
