Problem when switching user

Hi. I have a Dell desktop about 3 years old. Sometimes whenever I switch users, I notice that the wallpaper is the default when I first bought the computer and that several desktop icons are missing. When I reboot the computer, I am able to recover my icons as well as my own wallpaper. What causes this?

Dear Sir,

There's a problem with your explorer.exe file, it might be corrupted or damaged!
You are using Windows XP, just use the XP disc to repair windows!
