I am unable to get internet on my laptop via wireless connection.
I have a TP-Link card in the laptop and am getting good signal strengths from my router.
My Wii and DSi both have good internet links from the router.
The problem seems to be when I try and input the WPA-PSK code into the lap top.

Most likely you keyed in wrong WPA-PSK key, and so failed to connect. Try to disable wireless encryption on wireless router temporary, and test to connect again. If you able to connect, it proofs you used wrong encryption key, you should reset the WPA-PSK key on router.
