Hello,
My name is Liliana. I have an HP Pavilion dv6500 notebook which comes with a fingerprint reader. When I first bought it it worked fine. Then my laptop had to be restored and I do not know if the fingerprint reader feature was deleted. I cannot find it in the section Programs in the Control Panel and I would like to know if there's a way to get it back to normal.

HP only lists a fingerprint driver for Vista (AuthenTec Inc. AES2501 Fingerprint Driver) I hope that's what you have.

I have installed Fingerprint Driver but I dont know where to use it cos I cant find it on Control Panel

Hi, I have windows vista 64 bit SP1. My sound card is an integrated Realtek HD 5.1. Picked up the Logitech x-540 speaker system yesterday and installed them today. While doing the test. I can not get the front 2 speakers to work as the front L/R speakers. They will only work under 7.1 as the Surround sound side speakers. Every other speaker works in its correct spot during test. Supposedly its only a 5.1 card. So why does it have a 7.1 setting on the sound setup. Hate to have to take these back as they were a good deal. Do I have a bad channel on my brand new computer sound card? Any idea on what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I installed the windows 7 rc build 7100. The drivers for my sound-blaster 5.1 card were updated online. But, then my 5.1 speakers is not getting detected. It shows as 2 speakers only my FL FR speakers work.RR RL and center do not. Help me out pls.

I have 8gb ram but showing 5.95 gb usable

Msi A320m pro max motherboard
Crossair 8gb ram
Win 10 64 bit

I could not find what to do, it showing that only 5.95 ram is usable.. Out of 8gb

Hello,
I have three computers running XP home on 2 and Xp Pro on the other. I also have a laptop running Vista home. All are connected to a 2wire 1000SW gateway/router through a net gear network switch. All computers are running norton protection software offered by ATT. The problem is that I can not get the file/printer sharing to work. I have all the file sharing and print sharing enabled. The 2 wire router sees all the systems. but the computers don't see each other. What do I have to enable or disable to get it to work. thank you for any help you can give

Hello,ii hv sata and ide cable hard.but ide cable hard not detect. some time I boot the computer it not work..some time not boot the machine.when I try to slave it not work..how overcome this problem?? please help me..if any one know the good solution for that reply me ..thanks..
