I have this problame I can't listen to my ipod for some reason it is bran new and it didn't come with earphoens and when I try to attach it it falshes orange

Dear Noy,

It will be wiser to contact the distributor and hence explain the actual problem that you are having. Normally it should be coming from the fact that the battery is low but in fact you should have obtained its earphones too.
