hey,
i just got a dell inspiron with windows 7 from one of my friends, and it has a password. i have no idea what the pass word is. i was wondering if there was a way to bypass the whole password thing. i would restore it but i dont have to cd. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASEEEEEE!

The newer laptops from Dell all have a hidden partition on the hard drive that has a copy of Windows. Try pressing F8 just after you turn on the laptop. Then select the option to restore the .
