Problem in the pen disk

hello, can anybody help me. when i try to open the disk , it gives the message to format the disk and cannot open. but when you look on the properties it shows there is my file. do you know how save my file in next disk(backup) or open.

if you help me then , please give an idea. thank you very much for your time.
