i turn of volume (mute) then i didnt found the volume icon i went to control panel and and click to turn on volume but i cant click because nothing happens.

Dear Rachel,

You should obtain it in the Sound and Audio settings in the Control Panel. Please turn on the volume from there and hence get the sound back.
