Can't connect computer to phone's internet

Hello, I have a Motorola Devour through Verizon and I would like to know how to conect my laptop to my phone's internet. When I hook the phone to the computer it says 'connected: no internet access.' My current operating system is windows 7 starter. Please help!

You should make use of the mobile phone's PC Suite to have the task completed.
