Internet Issues (DELL INSPIRON) Closed

Question

My sister has had her laptop (DELL Inspiron) for about five years and has never been able to connect to the internet.  Both the wireless and hard line show they are working (connecting) fine, but when i go to open a web page it say this web page can not be opened.  Do you have any suggestions?  she is running windows XP if that helps.


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

This problem could also be coming from the browser that you are using. Please consider using an alternative browser to see.
